Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre, ensure smooth operations across lanes, the bar and diner, and drive excellent guest experiences.

You will receive thorough induction and training, with a focus on coaching teams, achieving financial targets, and upholding high standards of service in a fun, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in hospitality, leisure or retail environments.
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams to perform at high levels.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required by business needs.
• Demonstrates drive, ambition and a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team while running an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house to deliver centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains high standards of service and creates a fun, safe environment.
• Lead by example to inject energy, positivity and guest-focused service across shifts.

The role is varied and exciting; your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, and running an exceptional operation, front-of-house, to supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers.
