Rick Stein Restaurants in Padstow is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Front of House team, ensuring warm, knowledgeable and seamless service at every service.
You will work alongside the General Manager, develop staff, manage rotas and training plans, and uphold high standards of presentation and guest experience, while driving hospitality excellence and team morale.

You'll already have experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a professional hospitality environment, and you'll be ready to take the next step in your career.

The Seafood Restaurant was the first restaurant opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975. The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is famous for establishing an international reputation for the very freshest fish and shellfish, often landed on our doorstep. In the centre of the restaurant is a Seafood Bar where guests can enjoy watching chefs assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi.
