Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its Hungry Horse pubs in the United Kingdom. You will be at the heart of the management team, leading by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time.

You’ll support the General Manager, drive brand standards, and develop your team through hands-on training. A competitive salary (£31,000 - £35,000) plus bonus and career progression await the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in hospitality leadership.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead a team during busy periods.
• Eligible to hold a Personal Licence or supported to obtain one.

What you'll bring...

• You’ll be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills making sure you get the best out of people.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• As this role may involve covering the business in the General Manager’s absence, you’ll need to be eligible to hold a Personal Licence. You don’t need to have one when you apply. If you’re successful, Greene King will support you through the process of obtaining your licence.
