Assistant Manager - Revolucion De Cuba

Location: Nottingham De Cuba

Salary: £32,000 - £32,000 + Uncapped OTE Bonus

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our Cuban familia. As an Assistant Manager of this vibrant bar, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, from managing the bar team during our renowned late-night sessions to supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing energetic bottomless brunches and unique afternoon teas.

Our Assistant Managers are key to running all elements of our front-of-house operation. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential, as you'll work with management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to motivate and inspire your team.
