Job summary

Toby Carvery - Colwick Park is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, drive service standards and oversee day-to-day operations with a hands-on, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality supervisory roles.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teams to provide excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and coach team members to deliver great service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Cover Duty Manager duties when General Manager is unavailable.
