As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership, driving profitability with a focus on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience/delivery of high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
  • Experience in coaching/training colleagues
  • Technical/Mechanical ability or experience
  • Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
  • IT proficiency, with willingness to learn in-house systems
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
