Your role as an Assistant Manager is to support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store and to manage the store successfully in their absence. You will be a competent leader and set an example to the store team in all aspects of Customer Service and standards whilst also maintaining a focus on store operations, sales and targets.


As an Assistant Manager you will enrol on to a training programme and this will be completed within 3 months on basic salary. Once you have reached successful completion of your training you will receive a back payment (up to 8 weeks) to compensate for your hard work. If you have previous relevant experience you may be entitled to receive the enhanced rate from day one.


Key Accountabilities

  1. Key Holder
  2. Adhere to correct opening and closing procedures
  3. Management support in all aspects of the daily running of the store as required including, but not limited to, Labour, Food Costs, Wastage, and Payroll
  4. Maintaining Store Standards in accordance with Company Guidelines and OER’s
  5. Effective Management of the Food Preparation area in accordance with Health And Safety and Food Safety Guidelines
  6. Support in the training and development of existing team members
  7. Support in the recruitment and training of new starters
  8. Ensuring Food orders are completed correctly and on time
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of the team including Area and Regional Managers and Head Office
  10. Quality checking products and ensuring that the correct dating procedure is followed
  11. Take an interest in local marketing opportunities and feeds back to Head Office with ways to increase sales and/or brand awareness
  12. Lead by example in all aspects of the business and identify training needs in the team
  13. Ensure the positive brand image of Domino’s Pizza is upheld and actively seek ways to develop the brand in the local area
