$45k - $48k per year

During the training period, you’ll work a variety of shifts with a strong focus on mornings, giving you hands on experience with opening routines and daily operations. Nights and weekends are part of the role, keeping you connected to the full rhythm of the restaurant and the team.

This position starts at $45,000 and offers major growth potential within the company for driven, people focused leaders. Once training is complete, you’ll receive paid benefits, including company paid base health insurance with an HRA, plus vision and dental coverage. This means the independent franchisee, and not Jason's Deli Corporate will be your employer if you are hired.
