The Role

This is an exciting role where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading shifts at the venue
  • Supervising team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during all services
  • Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of all areas
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Providing training for new and junior members of the team
  • Playing an active part in developing their social media presence
The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Ability to use a variety of hotel/restaurant booking systems and social media platforms

The Terms

This role includes working evenings, with core hours from 3-11pm, and includes both days at the weekend. A salary of £30K is available for the right candidate, and the company offers benefits including:
