Assistant Manager - Revolucion De Cuba

Location: Newcastle De Cuba - Salaried

Salary: £32,000+ OTE

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our Cuban familia. As an Assistant Manager at this vibrant bar, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including managing the bar team during our renowned late-night sessions, and supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing energetic bottomless brunches and unique afternoon teas.

Assistant Managers are key to running all front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will work with management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to motivate and inspire your team.

If you have experience managing shifts in a busy hospitality environment and enjoy working in a fun atmosphere, this role could be perfect for you!
