Job summary

Boots UK in Solihull is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and support a team on the shop floor, delivering care and strong commercial performance. You will guide colleagues to provide excellent customer care while upholding our store standards and regulatory expectations.

You’ll coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, schedule, and ensure the store runs safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards and outstanding service for customers and patients alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant Manager, you’ll report into the Store Manager and get stuck in on the shop floor, coaching and supporting your team and role modelling how great care and strong commercial performance go together.
