Key responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

  • Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
  • Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
  • Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
