We are seeking passionate individuals for the role of Assistant Manager to join our team. The role involves running your site efficiently, supporting the senior management team to meet targets, and helping to develop your career in hospitality. Our General Manager will support your professional growth, whatever your career goals.

To qualify, you should demonstrate confidence in leading the Front of House team, drive service and sales, and be energetic and passionate on site. A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, supporting a busy team, and a proactive attitude are required.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in daily operations of the coffee shop
  • Open and close the site in the absence of senior management
  • Understand and implement GRIND Steps of Service
  • Provide exemplary service according to procedures
  • Lead a busy Front of House team effectively
  • Create daily brief sheets for the team
  • Deliver and develop Front of House training programs
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Motivate staff and maintain a positive attitude
  • Participate in team and management meetings
  • Adhere to house rules at all times
  • Maintain a smart and professional appearance, representing the company positively
