• Managing Shift Managers and Crew
• Supporting the delivery of quality food and service
• Creating a positive work environment where staff enjoy their work
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints effectively
• Leading by example, working on the floor with the team and customers
• Supporting the General Manager and achieving store results
• Owning your P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
• Managing daily operations and planning for the future
