Are you a self-motivated, people-loving, and super-organized bar pro? We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join our buzzing team at Kabin, right in the heart of Liverpool’s iconic Cavern Quarter!

Our bar has just been fully revamped, creating a unique and vibrant space perfect for someone with a passion for creating great experiences. Plus, we’re not just any bar—we’re part of Kabannas Hotel, meaning you’ll also have the opportunity to learn a few hotel skills and grow your career beyond just the bar!

The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will beleading the show at Kabin, with the support of our General Manager, making sure everything runs like clockwork. From crafting incredible cocktails to managing stock and creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll be the face of our vibrant bar scene. You’ll also get to flex your skills in hospitality, as we’ll train you up on the hotel side of things.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bar management—leading a team, managing stock, and creating a buzzing atmosphere

A true people-person who thrives on delivering fantastic customer experiences and can build a fun, welcoming vibe for guests

Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage staff while ensuring high service standards

Excellent organisational abilities to handle scheduling, inventory, and cost control, keeping everything running smoothly

Problem-solving skills to stay calm and collected in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues with ease

Creativity and passion for curating exciting drink menus, seasonal offerings, and special events to attract and engage guests

A bonus if you have previous accommodation experience—we’ll teach you some hotel skills, but knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus!

At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a bar setting

Bonus: Prior experience in accommodation or hotel operations is an advantage but not required—training will be provided
