  About The Role

  BrewDog is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering excellent customer service and leading the team. You will be the role model for customer experience, team development, and operational excellence.

  About You

  You should have at least a couple of years' management experience in a busy bar or kitchen. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential—willingness to learn is key. You must be customer-focused, a natural trainer, and have some financial and local craft beer scene awareness.
