Loungers Brightside is opening a new restaurant and seeks a confident Assistant Manager to lead the team and uphold high standards. You will thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment and work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service and exceptional hospitality.

You will be an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to take the next step, guiding staff, coordinating shifts, and delivering memorable guest experiences from day one.
