In this role, you will support the Store Manager with daily store operations. You will take ownership of various duties, ensure KPIs are met, and act as the first point of contact in the Manager's absence. Your responsibilities include motivating staff, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service while exceeding targets and upholding company standards.
