Job summary

Venture Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You’ll help run daily operations, lead a team, and ensure guests have a memorable experience while upholding brand standards.

You’ll mentor staff, deliver training, and maintain safety for customers and colleagues during fast-paced shifts. A passion for great service is essential.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.
