Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations.
  • Participate in recruiting and developing a skilled store team.
  • Provide inspiring feedback to foster motivation.
  • Manage employee schedules for smooth operations.
  • Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  • Manage key financial aspects of the store.
  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18+ years old (varies by state) with a valid driver's license.
  • Access to a vehicle with auto insurance.
  • Flexible to work various shifts and days.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Willing to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
  • Eager to learn and, for Tennessee residents, ready to complete Topshelf Manager Training.
