What we’re looking for
You are anACA/ACCA qualifiedprofessional with at leastfour years’ experience in accountancy practice, possessing a strong technical understanding ofaccounting and auditing standards, including leading group audits and preparing consolidated accounts. Withexcellent communication skills, you excel at building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You producehigh-quality work, anticipate and resolve problems early to keep assignments on budget, and effectively prioritize a high volume of tasks. Experience withCaseWareorMercia methodologiesis desirable. You proactively identify growth opportunities within the client base, collaborate across service lines, and take an active role in team development. This role is based inLeatherheadand involves working at the office and client premises in the surrounding areas.
