As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own, extra points if you like getting your hands dirty! This includes supporting the GM in recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash management and all aspect of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.
