Job summary

PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a capable second-in-command to join our Esher pizzeria. You’ll lead with flair, drive P&L awareness, seize sales opportunities, and coach a dynamic team to deliver memorable service.

You’ll recruit, train and develop staff, implement development programmes, and work closely with the General Manager to elevate the guest experience and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and ability to inspire a team.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting or financial analysis.
• Track record of delivering memorable customer service.
