What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day retail operations and performance
  • Leading a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Driving store KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
  • Helping build community connections and support local engagement
  • Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team
  • Representing the brand's purpose, values and sustainable mission

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or lifestyle retail environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards targets and KPIs
  • A natural leader with a passion for developing and motivating others
  • Someone who takes pride in operational excellence and customer service
