The What...

As an Assistant Manager, you will undergo a comprehensive induction to prepare you for success, covering all areas of the centre including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements. You will be central to delivering a fun, safe, and high-standard environment, supporting both customer experience and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager in achieving financial and operational goals.

To be successful, you will have:

• Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
