Job summary

Harvester is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at Pride Park. You will lead and develop the team, ensure service excellence in food and beverage, and drive a memorable guest experience.

You will play a key role in mentoring staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, and contributing to the restaurant’s success with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when the GM isn’t available.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, helping to drive repeat visits.
