Job summary

Halfords Autocentres in Greater London is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of our business.

You will help manage workshop activity, boost sales and deliver great service while developing your leadership skills through our progression and training schemes.

On-target earnings up to £45,422 with a base salary up to £36,322 and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £9,100 per year, plus extensive benefits.

Skills and experience

• Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
• Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
• A current valid driving licence
