Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of the pub's management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example on shifts, support training, and uphold brand standards to maintain safety and quality across service.

You will play a key role in developing the team, responding to busy periods with adaptability, and maintaining high standards of service and allergen awareness in line with safety requirements.

Job Description

As Assistant Manager, you'llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

Qualifications

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
