• Previous experience in a similar Assistant/Deputy Manager role required.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong accountability for pub operations.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.

• Ensure the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
