Job summary

EGO - Sheffield City Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, stepping in as Duty Manager when required. You’ll motivate your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, train and mentor individuals, and model the behaviour you expect.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver high guest experience.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
