The Big Table Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Filling Station in Edinburgh. You will lead a front-of-house team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold brand standards in a lively, hospitality-driven environment.

• Experience managing a team in a food-led business.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and coaching of the team.

• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
