Job summary

Savers in Barnet is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and develop colleagues. You’ll help create a welcoming environment and play a key role in the store’s community engagement.

Location: Barnet

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 / £32,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
