Screwfix City Stores is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager, drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team, manage day-to-day operations and help navigate busy trading periods with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Based in our Carlisle area, the role involves regular store visits, staff coaching, scheduling, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. A passion for retail and strong people skills are essential.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Retail Branch Manager in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.
