Job summary

Miller and Carter Cardiff Thornhill is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the restaurant, leading the team and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will train and inspire staff, act as Duty Manager when the GM is away, and help create WOW moments for guests. The role offers progression, a pension, generous holiday, staff discounts, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and team leadership.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Duties include covering shifts as Duty Manager when GM is absent.
