Job summary

Pizza Pilgrims in Cardiff is looking for an Assistant Manager to help deliver great Neapolitan pizza and memorable guest experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, uphold standards and help drive a fun, inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities include rota planning, stock control, coaching staff, maintaining health and safety, ensuring food quality and gathering customer feedback. If you love pizza and want progression, join our growing Pilgrim family.

Job description

In 2012, Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a 'Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. As an Assistant Manager you’ll be a specialist in creating lasting pizza memories, amazing pizzeria vibes, for every guest to leave with a full belly, and already planning their next visit. Your responsibilities will also include;
