Wingstop in Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to be a key leader in the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll lead, coach, and motivate Shift Managers and Crew, building a high-energy environment where people can thrive, support recruitment and training, and ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.

About theRole
