Assistant Manager - The Woodcocks - Live In Accommodation Available

We’re looking for a new Assistant Manager to join our team at The Woodcocks. The Woodcocks is a high-volume, centre-of-excellence pub, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to showcase their skills and advance their career.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll:

  1. Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs
  2. Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
  3. Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
  4. Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
  5. Bring previous experience in a similar Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a like-for-like or branded environment
