We’re a food-led pub with a loyal customer base, serving up fresh, seasonal dishes alongside great drinks and genuine service. In the winter, we feel more like a country inn, and in the summer, we come alive with garden events, al fresco dining, and a buzzing atmosphere.

What you'll be doing:

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the management team – helping to lead shifts, support the crew, and deliver a fantastic experience for every guest.

  • Running bar and floor shifts with energy and attention to detail
  • Coaching and supporting team members to deliver top-notch service
  • Helping with opening/closing, cashing up, stock, and daily compliance
  • Getting involved in events, seasonal campaigns, and ideas to keep the pub thriving


About you:

  • You’ve got management experience in busy pub or bar environments
  • You’re passionate about food, drink, and brilliant service
  • You lead by example and bring positivity and calm to busy shifts
  • You’re organised, reliable, and looking to grow your career in hospitality
