Job summary

Kwik Fit in Bradley Stoke is seeking an Assistant Manager to run a busy Centre and develop your managerial skills to lead your own Kwik Fit Centre when the opportunity arises.

You will uphold strong customer service and support the Centre Manager and team to keep customers safe on the road, embodying our values and delivering great service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto repair or fast-fit roles delivering great customer experiences.
• Assistant Manager experience preferred or readiness to step up.
• Willing to develop management behaviours like accountability and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Run all aspects of the Centre business, supporting the Centre Manager and your team to keep our customers safe on the road.
• Model amazing customer service and embody Kwik Fit values in daily work.
