Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our Centre and support the Centre Manager while leading the team to deliver top customer service. You will be involved in day-to-day operations to keep our customers safe on the road.

If you have progressed in auto repair or fast-fit roles, you can expect development in management behaviours such as accountability, curiosity, and understanding, with a clear path toward running your own Kwik Fit Centre in the future.

• Ambitious about delivering great service and advancing your career.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a senior fast-fit/auto role is valued.
