With exciting times ahead, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager; an individual who thrives in a challenging and unpredictable environment.

This position is ideal for an individual who likes a challenge and isn't afraid to get stuck in to get results. You must be organised and on the ball, you must be able to think on your feet and be able to juggle a number of tasks as and when required. You are passionate and driven by quality, standards and organisation, as well as offering a great customer service experience.

You will be responsible for managing the team and overseeing the venue, while working closely with other managers of all levels. Commitment, reliability and organisation is key to be successful in this role.

You will have knowledge and experience in the following areas –

  • Minimum of one years’ experience in a managerial position and similar venue
  • Managing and working with a large diverse and experienced team
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience in working in fast paced enviroment
  • Experience in organising and running private dinners, weddings etc,etc.
  • Great in communicating and decision making
  • Be able to work closely with our marketing team to promote and thrive our restaurant
