Role: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability with a firm focus on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Experience or ability to deliver high customer satisfaction through effective management.
  2. Experience or ability to coach/train colleagues effectively.
  3. Technical/mechanical ability or experience.
  4. Experience in meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems.
  7. Good time management skills.
  8. A current valid driving licence.
