We are looking for a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our Cuban familia. As an Assistant Manager of this vibrant bar, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including managing the bar team during our renowned late-night sessions and supporting the restaurant team in providing energetic bottomless brunches and unique afternoon teas.

Our Assistant Managers are crucial in running all elements of our front-of-house operations. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential, as you’ll work with management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to motivate and inspire your team. If you have experience managing shifts in a busy hospitality environment and enjoy a fun workplace, this could be the perfect role for you!
