What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead our team and run the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and the business runs smoothly and profitably. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the General Manager with rotas, stock control, costs and KPI management

Leading by example on the restaurant floor, engaging guests and supporting the team

Training, developing and nurturing our brilliant team

Playing a key role in special events and promotions

Being hands-on, proactive and always ready to jump in where needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in a restaurant setting

Strong leadership skills and confidence managing busy service

A hands-on approach—you’ll be working alongside the team, not behind a desk

Great organisation, time management and the ability to work independently

A genuine love for hospitality, people and great food
