Sports Direct in Bangor is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team, delivering a world-class customer experience and maintaining meticulous store standards.

You will drive commercial performance, train staff, and implement engaging merchandising that aligns with the Sports Direct brand. The role demands passion for retail, data-driven decision making, and a proactive leadership approach.

Sales and Operations

• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
