A leading company in the retail sector is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Aylesbury shop. This full-time position involves managing store operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellent customer service. We are looking to recruit a new Assistant Manager for our shop in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts 5 days from 7 each week, usually including at least one weekend shift.
Please note that for full-time positions, we generally require you to be fully flexible in your availability throughout the week, including weekends.
The salary offered for this position is between £30,240.00 - £31,392.52 per annum on a 43-hour contract.
