Our client is a highly successful lifestyle brand with a variety of store formats. They now seek to recruit an Assistant Manager in Axminster.

The Role:

• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy, customer-focused retail store.
• Manage a team of highly engaged individuals whose passion is delivering the best service and retail advice.
• Drive KPIs and sales, ensuring the store achieves and exceeds its targets.
• Ensure the store delivers excellent service and customer experience, with regular mystery shops as part of KPIs.
• Control costs to ensure the store delivers a profitable P&L.

The Person:

• Ideal candidates will be experienced retail managers; however, department managers or supervisors looking to step up will also be considered.
• You will be confident, outgoing, and passionate about creating an enjoyable shopping environment for customers and a positive workplace for your team.
• All retail and hospitality backgrounds will be considered; the client values the right person over specific sector experience.

The Package:

Basic salary of up to £28-30k plus package and benefits.
