Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team and support the CFO and management reporting. You will work across the group on monthly accounts, budgeting and cashflow, while helping to improve processes and reporting visibility.

The role offers study support and a proactive environment where you can grow within a growing care-focused group. Expect hands-on experience across operational finance and accounting in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Studying CIMA/ACCA or AAT qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in finance is essential for this role.
• Strong Excel skills including pivots and formulas.
• Attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
• Proactive communicator capable of cross-team collaboration.
• Experience supporting management accounts and SMEs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts preparation.
• Support operational KPI and management reporting.
• Assist with reconciliations, journals and month-end processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist with cashflow tracking and reporting.
• Support payroll administration and finance processes.
• Assist with PO, billing and cash collection tracking, improving processes.
• Provide finance support across the group.
