About the job Assistant Management Accountant (Interim)
Our client, a fast-growing global technology platform headquartered in Sweden, is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Interim Management Accountant within their expanding team in London.
The accountant will be an articulate part-qualified accountant, with fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to develop with a growing company.
The successful candidate is likely to have a strong academic and analytical background as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
Some key responsibilities would include:
AR invoicing and credit control.
AP process, coding and payments.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
Revenue and invoicing control and bi-monthly reporting.
Expenses processing.
Payroll processing UK.
Financial analysis of revenue/costs.
Meeting month end reporting deadlines (day 1, 2, and 3).
Ad hoc report production.
Benefits administration.
For the role we would like you to have:
Part Qualified/studying towards ACCA / CIMA / QBE.
Excellent Excel Skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptable and a self-starter.
Good stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
