Job summary

Faria Education Group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to develop their skills in a global environment. This role will help gather, analyse, and prepare financial data for our management team (at Alderley Park, Manchester).

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts, ensuring precision and efficiency in all processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with a high accuracy standard.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Xero or NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own balance sheet reconciliation for designated companies.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze data to provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare financial models and variance analysis.
• Assist with audit documentation and liaise with auditors.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis as required.
• Business partnering with stakeholders across the business.
